Coaching Cues:
- Start from a double-handed neutral position. Legs are shoulder-width apart. Keep the knees soft.
- The direction of the punchout is with reference to the hand on top.
- In this version, we punch out to the same side of the top hand.
- Rotate the torso along with it and perform a double-hand Ardh vrit.
- The next part of the movement is a rotational pullback where you would take the weight behind the back and rotate the torso along with it to the starting position.
