DH Ardh Vrit Pulses

Coaching Cues:

 

  1. Start from a double-handed neutral position in the centre. Legs would be shoulder-width apart.
  2. Punch out from either side and turn the torso along with it. Continue the swing towards the opposite side .
  3. The heels are planted and there is no pivoting involved.
  4. Practice equal reps on both grips.
