10-2s

Coaching Cues:

 

  1. Start from a double-handed neutral position. Legs are shoulder-width apart. Keep the knees soft. 
  2. Initiate the swing from either side. 
  3. 10-2s are only 300 degrees, not a full 360 degrees swing like the DH Parikrama
  4. Imagine there is a clock behind you and your equipment is the needle, you would stop at 10’o clock and 2’o clock. Keep the angle accordingly. 
  5. Ensure that the handle stays close to the body.
