The Samtola is an excellent tool to develop conditioning. The movements of this course can be used to train as HIIT sessions or you could choose to superset them with other exercises and keep the heart elevated throughout the workout. Multiple muscle groups are worked at the same time, so this course by itself is a full-body HIIT workout.
