This course is designed to develop coordination, strength, and mobility. While training with clubs, people generally struggle with control on their non-dominant side. The movement patterns in this course will challenge you to work both sides simultaneously. The movements in this course help you with building and improving motor skills, grip strength, coordination and focus. The level of difficulty increases drastically as one increases weight and rep range.
