Our workouts are circuit-based, featuring 8-10 different exercises each day. We use traditional Indian equipment like Mudgars, Hanuman Gadas, and Samtolas, along with bodyweight movements.
No need to book. Just drop by during our working hours. Make sure to arrive at least an hour before closing to complete your session. You can buy trial plans or memberships on our website.
Yes, our coaches are always present to guide and monitor you.
We recommend at least 3 sessions per week. For maximum benefits, you can train up to 6 days a week. If you do other types of training, 3 sessions a week with us is ideal.
No, we don’t do group sessions. We personalise workouts because everyone has different fitness levels and goals.
